The Lost Crawling Ninja Turtle

This afternoon we were outside when we happened upon a turtle in the backyard. Landon took to calling it "The Lost Ninja Turtle." We put him in a bucket to take down to the pond and he went around and around in circles in the bucket, so Landon re-named him "The Lost Crawling Ninja Turtle." As soon as we put him out he scampered happily into the water.

Today was a busy, yet not busy, day. Landon had another dental appointment, but at least this time he got to keep all his teeth in! After drinking the medicine he got pretty loopy and out of it. Kept saying the medicine tasted "yucky like dodo berry cake." It only took about 40 minutes to rip out the old fillings, clean them out, and put on the 7 crowns and take an impression for his spacer. He was pretty cranky when he woke up, but as soon as we got in the car he crashed and stayed out for a while. After he woke up he still just wanted to be held and watch TV, kept saying he was dizzy and was trying to do crazy things like climb on a little table and jump off. After a while he was ready for another rest and stayed out until 7 when I woke him up. Hopefully he won't be up all night now! But here are some pics of the day...
